The Overwhelming Thoughts: Hello Dear Mums, In the era we are living in, everything is like going at super fast speed, as if we cannot catch up with it. In all this hassle, we often feel we are not giving our best. We get thoughts like: 1- I am not a good mother 2- I am not a good wife 3- I don't know how to connect with my spouse or my child 4- My life is a mess 5- I cannot reach my goals and so on....., But there will be a time when you will have wholesome moments with your spouse and children. You will achieve your goals on the targeted time. You will have your own relaxation hours. At that time, you will sit on your couch while having a cup of tea and thinking of those overwhelming thoughts. And then you will realize that you did a great job being a mother and wife, and most importantly, as a person. It's just a matter of time; everything settles down on its own, and we just have to give our best. h
